For years, I wondered if there was some kind of “cheat code” to money.
Not just another manifestation technique or a way to reach 10k or 20k months, but something deeper that could completely change the way we experience money and limitation in the first place.
Eventually I began realizing that the greatest shift wasn’t about learning how to control money.
It was about seeing how much of my own power I had given to it.
We allow money to determine whether we feel safe, whether we can create, whether we can rest, whether we can follow our calling, whether we can leave, begin, travel, expand or finally become the person we know we are capable of becoming.
So what happens when we begin taking that power back?
That is the journey I want to take you on inside Reclaim Your Power.
Rather than endlessly trying to “manifest harder,” we are going underneath the surface and exploring how to reclaim our energy from fear, limitation and the external circumstances we have allowed to define what is possible for us.

The Sound Healing sessions use voice, intuitive sound, frequency, meditation and energetic intention to guide you into a deeply receptive state where the body can soften, the nervous system can settle, and emotions and experiences that have been held beneath the surface may have space to move and be processed.
You may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, renewed energy, a feeling of coming back into alignment with yourself, or greater awareness of patterns and beliefs that are ready to change.
Energetically, these sessions are created with the intention of supporting:

After deeper emotional or somatic work, some people also notice temporary experiences such as tiredness, vivid dreams, heightened emotions, needing more rest, or feeling physically sensitive. If you develop symptoms such as fever, respiratory symptoms or other signs of illness, treat them as possible illness rather than assuming they are an energetic “detox” or clearing process.
This is ultimately a space for coming back into yourself — releasing what you no longer need to carry and creating more space for the life, abundance, power and expression that are asking to move through you.

I’m Saulė Ilona Vaida — a musician, sound healer, spiritual guide and creator of Blue Rose. For the past 8 years, I’ve devoted myself to exploring healing, consciousness, embodiment, sound and what it truly means to reclaim the parts of ourselves we were taught to suppress.
My work weaves Quantum Healing, intuitive voice and Sound Healing, somatic practices, parts work and spiritual teachings to create spaces for deep transformation and remembrance.
Through Blue Rose, I share the practices and activations that have changed my own life — supporting women in reclaiming their voices, power and creativity, reconnecting with their highest selves, and having the courage to actually live the lives they know they came here to live. 🌹

Over the years, working with Saule has become something I deeply value—not because she has ever asked me to surrender my own intuition or spiritual stewardship to her, but because her gifts have so often helped me return to them.
I am a deeply spiritual person, and my relationship with faith, the unseen, and my own inner knowing has always been profoundly personal. Still, there are seasons when even the most deeply rooted parts of us can feel difficult to reach. Seasons of exhaustion, uncertainty, grief, questioning, and simply trying to find our way back to ourselves.
In those seasons, Saule has been an extraordinary ally.
Her work has often served as a conduit: helping me quiet the noise, see what I could not yet see clearly, and remember the wisdom and agency that were already mine. I have never left our time together feeling dependent upon her for answers. Instead, I leave feeling more capable of tending to my own path.
That distinction is one of the things I treasure most about Saule and the way she practices her gifts.
During one of the more tender and uncertain chapters of my life—when I have found myself reconsidering faith and hope, contemplating mortality, and slowly piecing together what I still believe—her presence has remained grounding without ever becoming prescriptive. There is room in her work for mystery, for questions, for discernment, and for me to remain wholly myself.
I always feel different after connecting with Saule: steadier, clearer, and somehow returned to my own center.
There is something deeply meaningful about encountering someone whose gifts do not eclipse your own light, but gently help you find your way back to it.
That has been my experience with Saule, again and again. And I am profoundly grateful for her.
