When you create a deep sense of internal validation, there isn’t a need to seek that from the outside. When you can sit with yourself and your feelings without the tendency of avoiding or distracting from them, you allow them to be felt and to process. Hold your parts in high regard and as all equal, just as you hold all beings in high regard and all equal. Treat yourself and others with the same level of care and respect always and that’s what comes through. Don’t expect the work to be done for you. It’s up to you to be conscious in every moment.
